- Corrective Strength Trainer
Description
Corrective Bodyworks (CxBW) in Sarasota, FL is hiring a CSCS and/or CPT to deliver precision-based corrective exercise and movement coaching in a collaborative, team-based environment.
This is not a general fitness or bootcamp role. You will coach clients through structured progressions that improve mobility, stability, movement quality, and training readiness. You’ll collaborate daily with our manual therapy team to reinforce outcomes and create continuity between bodywork and movement.
What you’ll do:
- Coach corrective exercise sessions using a structured framework and progressions
- Perform non-diagnostic movement screens (within trainer scope) to guide programming and progression
- Teach and cue movement patterns clearly (breathing, bracing, joint positioning, tempo/control)
- Support injury prevention and return-to-training progressions (non-clinical, within scope)
- Document sessions and communicate effectively with the team to support client outcomes
- Maintain a professional, client-first standard and contribute to a high-performance culture
Role details:
Full-time W2 position in Sarasota, FL

Requirements
Active CSCS/CPT certification
CSCS strongly preferred (with corrective exercise competency and willingness to obtain CES)
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Strong coaching and cueing ability with a focus on movement quality and progression
Comfort working in a team-based environment alongside manual therapists
High coachability: willingness to learn and apply CxBW standards while thinking critically and adapting to the individual client
Professional communication, punctuality, and reliable attendance
