Integra Fitness is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Personal Trainer to join our coaching team in a full-time daytime role.
We're a private personal training studio in Nashville specializing in one-on-one strength training for adults who want to get stronger, move better, and stay healthy for life.
This is an opportunity for an experienced coach to step into an established client schedule, work alongside a strong coaching team, and build a long-term career in personal training.
The Position This is a full-time morning/daytime coaching position, with availability needed approximately 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
You'll step into an existing schedule of Integra clients rather than starting from scratch, with the opportunity to take on additional clients as the business continues to grow.
We're looking for someone who wants personal training to be their career—not just their next job.
What You'll Do You don't need to know our system on day one. We'll teach you how we assess, program, and coach at Integra. We're looking for someone who brings a strong coaching foundation and is excited to learn our approach.
Coach high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions
Learn and apply our approach to assessment, programming, exercise selection, and progression
Design individualized strength-training programs within our coaching framework
Conduct movement assessments and track client progress
Adapt training around injuries, limitations, goals, and individual needs
Build strong, long-term relationships with Integra clients
Participate in team meetings, hands-on coach development, and continuing education
Collaborate with our coaching team to continually improve programming and the client experience
Who We're Looking For This is not an entry-level coaching position.
We're looking for a coach who:
Has 2+ years of professional personal training or strength coaching experience
Is confident independently programming and coaching clients
Has a strong understanding of strength training, movement, and exercise technique
Can effectively coach adults across a wide range of ages, abilities, and training backgrounds
Is dependable, professional, personable, and an excellent communicator
Takes pride in their craft and wants to continue improving as a coach
Is looking for a stable, long-term career in personal training
A nationally recognized personal training certification or relevant degree is required.
We're especially interested in coaches who have continued their education beyond their initial certification. Credentials such as PPSC, CFSC, CSCS, or equivalent education in strength, movement, and performance are strongly preferred.
Compensation & Schedule Coaching Pay: $40–$55/hour based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Approximately 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Employment: W-2
This position includes an established client schedule from the start, with additional coaching opportunities as Integra continues to grow.
Why Integra? We believe great personal training is a profession and should be treated like one.
Our coaches are expected to think critically, program thoughtfully, communicate well, and deliver an exceptional experience every time a client walks through the door.
In return, you'll be part of a team that values:
Continuing education and professional development
