Scheduled to open in mid to late January 2009, Athletes’ Training Center Sports Performance and Physical Therapy will be a comprehensive facility offering athletes of all ages and skill levels specialized rehabilitation as well as most innovative, progressive medically researched based performance enhancement training in the region. The Center’s athletic development division will be providing small group and individual training for athletes ranging from grade school through the college and professional levels. The division will also be providing team training, adult training, and post-rehabilitation training. The Center totals 8,000 square feet including a shared physical therapy and weight room featuring some of the latest equipment available for comprehensive training as well as a large turf area for speed, agility, and plyometric drills.
