Peak Human Performance is not a gym, it’s a private training facility. We are here to educate, motivate and hold our clients accountable to the only thing that matters, RESULTS and that is exactly what we do. We are a strong community of educated; experienced career coaches who genuinely care about helping our clients achieve their goals.
It’s apparent in our client’s successes from athletes who just aimed to “make the team”, to being selected for all-state honors and even to competing on the world’s stage. It’s in the success of our adult clients who are healthier in their 30’s and 40’s than they were in their 20’s. It’s about moms recovering faster and stronger post partum, or grandmothers and grandfathers having the ability to run around with the next generation. It’s about living healthy, happy and pain-free. It's about creating sustainable life changing habits.

Peak Human Performance was established in 2014. In that time PHP has thrived under great leadership and innovation. We have amazing coaches who have been on all stages of athletic performance both personally and professionally.
Our core values are driven by respect, care, and honesty. Every coach reflexes each of these values weather they are dealing with a team member or client and our team is built on professionalism, drive, and passion. All Ego's are check at the door!
