PRECISION IS A PROGRESSIVE SCIENCE BASED RESULTS-DRIVEN TRAINING FACILITY FOR ATHLETES ONLY. AN OBJECTIVE METHOD
The Precision Sport Science System of physical training and athletic development begins with a comprehensive assessment of an athlete, including their injury history, physiology, biomechanics, and current lifestyle factors. Then, using data analytics and technology, we design an individualized program that is objectively monitored throughout training to optimize results that are specific to the needs and goals of the athlete. PRECISION fosters a motivational environment so athletes are able to work towards objectively achieving their goals both inside and outside the facility.
With our data-driven performance solutions, we make sure every one of our athletes receives the exact prescription they need without extraneous interventions. Based on this foundation we develop, implement, and monitor all-encompassing individualized athletic development programs, creating a motivational and intimate coaching environment as athletes are able to work towards objective results, both inside and outside the facility. With a focus on uniquely understanding each athlete’s body as well as personality, PRECISION has become an invaluable, revolutionary solution to middle school, high school, college, professional, and Olympic athletes throughout the United States.
