SportsPlus Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Center, Inc. is a private practice outpatient physical therapy clinic founded in Marshalltown, Iowa in 1999 by Scott Carnahan. As a certified athletic trainer and physical therapist, he directed the focus of the company on providing outstanding progressive care in a comfortable open atmosphere. The excellent professional staff members work as a team in establishing the most effective treatment plan for each individual.
Athletic training outreach services to area high schools has always been a focus of the company, in an effort to provide the most progressive prevention and treatment techniques to area athletes. A highly effective performance enhancement program (PEAK program), also enhances the sports medicine reputation of the company.
