Company Overview
Therapy Works for KiDS is the pediatric specialty division of Physical Therapy Works, Inc., a multi-specialty practice located in Southeastern Virginia. Our Therapy Works for KiDS staff provides services to special needs children in an out patient setting, in aquatics and in the school system setting. We have pediatric therapist that have extensive backgrounds in several specialty areas. Our staff have access to digital video caputre and analysis technology, and an aquatic facility that boasts adjustable water depth, underwater cameras, resistance jets, and an underwater treadmill.
Company History
Physical Therapy Works, Inc., a therapist-owned private practice that opened their doors in 1991. Dr. Tory Bishop, DSc, PT, Cert MDT has been a therapist since 1982 and has been providing therapy services in the Suffolk community the entire time. With a staff of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, certified athletic trainers, certified strength and conditioning specialists, certified personal trainers, and other dedicated professionals this multi-specialty group provides unparallelled services.
