Conduct fitness assessments to establish client fitness and skill level.
Identify specific fitness goals and create tailored exercise plans.
Guide clients through exercises while offering encouragement and constructive feedback.
Monitor client progress and adjust their exercise plans as needed.
Provide advice on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
Help maintain a safe and clean gym environment.
Stay current with the latest personal fitness trends and health research.
Collaborate with other wellness staff to enhance clients' holistic health plans.
Strong understanding of anatomy, kinesiology and exercise physiology.
Proficient in using gym equipment and fitness software.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized and capable of designing exercise programs that match client needs.
